If you have not been there you need to try it out. It is a fun track with lots of technical demanding corners.
I am planning on being there, who else is going?

I cannot make it as I am still be in the POC dog house until the triple crown.
BTW, when I went to start my car, the engine hydro locked and would not turn over. Since the used Miller engine was running on 3 anyway, I kept trying it and finally got it to spin. It blew a bunch of water out the tail pipe in true waterpumper fashion. Looks like the last race did in the headgasket.
I will have a new engine to break in at the triple crown.

Would like to, but still have work to do on RV, and traveling a lot on business, so cant commit just yet. Always keen on trying new tracks though. Will try to get RV sorted out this weekend.

Hi Brad, good to hear from you. I got to drive JT's car with the Guards LSD and WOW what a difference!!!! Really like the way it comes out of the corner.
Jim, no sense in racing the water pumper anyway. That thing was slow!!!! You were fighting for 3rd place. You should be at the front, and you will be with that new motor. Are you getting a Rusikof?
Mervyn, get on with it lad!!! Work is for the non-racers!!!!! Hope to see you there.

ok, I'm crying "uncle" on this event (as I think the expression goes).
Am not flying back from Montreal until late Friday night, then out again early Monday morning to Dallas. And my blood pressure is currently too high for my GP to sign off on my race medical form.
If I was a gentleman racer with a team around me, like Sir Buzzetti or Lord Neville, where I could just fly in - sign a few autographs - do the event - then fly out, then it would be different. As it is the poor mermaid cant support me in the manner to which I would like to become accustomed... so I'm out!
Have fun,
Swerve

Sorry to hear that Swerve. I had hoped to see both of you there. But I certainly understand your situation.
I ran into Bruce from POC at Cal Speed last weekend. He said they were doing a Tribute to JT at Pahrump and wanted to be sure I would have the car there.
So if you are on the fence this should help make the decision.
I of course will have an entourage complete with dancing girls. :-0 Autograph sessions are by appointment only. ;-)
See you there.

Hmm, I guess that changes things a bit. Maybe we could come out sans car. Will see how things go.
Wish Bruce would communicate this a bit wider and sooner.

It would be great if you can make it out.
